Qualifications

Who you are as a Customer Support Agent – Fintech

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working for an online member support team (Fintech and/or startup preferable)
• Experience working with Helpscout or Zendesk, live chat is a must
• Quick learner and eager to make a difference
