Customer Supply Chain Support

Location: 4600 21st St, Racine, WI 53405

Shift: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Overview

As a Full-time Customer Supply Chain Support, you will engage in activities to support the customer's supply chain, aiming to improve onsite business performance. This entry-level role offers opportunities to build experience in customer relationship management and operations. After onboarding and training, and upon meeting performance goals, a flexible schedule may be available.

Responsibilities

1. Respond and coordinate resources for customer requests.
2. Manage inventory, including placing and fulfilling orders.
3. Receive and ship inventory, and execute inventory fulfillment at the customer facility.
4. Sourcing and quoting for new and existing products.
5. Participate in continuous improvement activities and implement new processes.
6. Monetize and report the value of supply chain activities to the customer.

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Currently pursuing or possessing a degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Strong math skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented.
• Comfortable in a sales-oriented environment.

• Ability to lift packages weighing 25-50lbs, up to 75lbs.
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam).
