Job summary

Seven Search and Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced customer supply chain specialist to own performance for a major retail-facing account in the UK. You will collaborate with Commercial, Planning, Operations and Logistics to improve service levels and availability.

You will use forecasts and performance insights to identify risks, drive actions, and lead customer service reviews, influencing multiple stakeholder groups in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in FMCG, food manufacturing or retail supply chain.
• Experience with customer-facing roles and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer supply chain performance across a major retail-facing account portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with key customers while acting as a trusted supply chain contact.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Planning, Operations and Logistics to improve service levels.
• Use data, forecasts and performance insights to identify risks and drive actions.

The role:

• Take ownership of customer supply chain performance across a major retail-facing account portfolio.

• Lead customer service reviews and performance discussions, giving you strong stakeholder exposure and influence.
• Play a key role in continuous improvement projects, helping to shape processes and deliver measurable supply chain improvements.
• Experience in customer supply chain, replenishment, demand planning or supply planning within FMCG, food manufacturing or retail.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build relationships and influence across multiple teams.
• Commercially minded and analytical, with strong Excel skills and the ability to turn supply chain data into clear actions.
• Proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing challenges and continuously improving customer service.
