Job summary

A leading media business in Greater London seeks a Client Success Manager to onboard and coach agencies on their platform. The ideal candidate has at least a year of experience in a customer-facing role and is proficient with data and CRM systems. This position emphasizes building strong client relationships and ensuring excellent service. You’ll be working closely with the account management team to enhance agency engagement and platform utilization.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Executive, or Account Manager roles.
  • Excellent with data and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrates a passion for delivering first-class service.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new agencies onto the platform.
  • Coach agencies on effective platform utilization.
  • Maintain regular client contact regarding platform performance.
  • Present data insights to the commercial team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Management Team.

Who will you be working for?

My client is an awesome Media Business that plays a key role in connecting Agencies with Brands!

They do this by allowing Agencies to build profiles on their platform to showcase who they are, what they have done whilst being able to realise content, thought leadership and attend events to ensure they have great exposure to the Brand market resulting in high inbound traffic making it a crucial marketing channel.

What you will be doing?
  • Onboarding new Agencies
  • Coaching Agencies on how to use the platform to its full capabilities
  • Regular client contact to see how they feel the platform is performing whilst updating them about traffic, analytics and new features
  • Presenting Data to the wider commercial team so they can act on your findings
  • Working extremely closely with the Account Management Team to perfect the renewal process
The ideal Candidate
  • 1+ years’ experience, ideally within a Customer Success, Account Executive or Account Manager experience
  • Be superb with Data
  • Great with systems and CRM’s
  • Be a great team player
  • A passion for offering 1st class service
  • Exposure to the Media/Advertising isn’t essential but would be advantageous
