What you will be doing
We are seeking a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager to join our team as a Maternity Cover. Responsibilities include onboarding, product training, utilization, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

This is a 10-month contract to cover maternity leave.

In this role, you will implement a customer engagement strategy driven by usage data to maximize renewals and reduce churn. You will act as a trusted advisor to schools, fostering engagement and usage.

What we are seeking in this person

• At least 3 years of account servicing experience with complex technology solutions
• Experience in EdTech or primary classroom teaching in the UK is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to deliver high-quality training via in-person, webinars, or remote solutions
• Experience building trust, understanding customer objectives, and developing relationships
• Data-driven mindset to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory
