Skills Provision is seeking a Customer Support Manager for a successful company in Gloucester, UK.

Salary & Benefits:
  • Attractive Salary of £40,000-£50,000 p/a
The Role:
  • Schedule training times and dates with the end customer
  • Manage customer issues related to both technical and project matters
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers and business partners
  • Analyse customer feedback to further develop customer support
  • Assist with installation and commissioning
  • Perform acceptance testing on-site with customers
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Comprehensive understanding of principles and protocols
  • System administration level knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure from demanding customers
  • A methodical approach to procedures and recording results
