Dataseat (now part of Verve Group) was founded in 2019 by two industry veterans who wanted to solve some of the biggest challenges in the industry: giving app developers and agencies the tools to take programmatic advertising in-house, with complete control and transparency, and leverage programmatic as a strategic advantage. The company provides a Bidder or DSP as a service to App marketers to in-house programmatic media buying for user acquisition and re-engagement as well as SDKs for gaming companies to use for cross promo and direct deals. This position will be based in London as a hybrid model (three days per week in the office).

Then, this is your exciting opportunity to learn from our industry experts and grow together with our Customer Success team! You will be working with our most strategically forward-thinking clients managing complex relationships to deliver growth for both Dataseat and our advertisers.

What You Will Do

Manage existing accounts with end-to-end responsibility

Analyze, monitor, optimize, and improve programmatic campaigns

Manage and grow a large book of mobile advertiser accounts

Build and further develop strong long-term relationships with our advertisers

Become a trusted advisor for our advertisers and help mobile marketers to achieve their goals

Analyze and match Dataseat advertising solutions to customers’ needs

Provide educational resources and support for advertisers

Create status reports, performance analyses, and forecasts

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, companies, and opportunities

Execute in a fast-paced, constantly changing, team environment

What YouWillBring

3-5 years of experience in a similar role, minimum 1 year of which with hands-on experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management.

Familiarity with Mobile Advertising Technology, key metrics, key stakeholders in the ecosystem

Problem-solving and data-driven mindset, being proactive in improving processes and tools

Ability to analyze, extract, and clearly communicate insights from complex data sets

Must enjoy working collaboratively across multiple teams, as well as speaking directly to clients

Good interpersonal and persuasive skills across all levels
