As a key member of the SymphonyAI Retail team, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure the successful adoption and implementation of our solutions. Your role will be pivotal in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the continued success of SymphonyAI Retail's offerings.

Job Description

What You'll Do

  1. Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and objectives, ensuring alignment with SymphonyAI Retail solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the seamless implementation and integration of our solutions, addressing clients' operational and strategic goals.
  3. Monitor customer satisfaction and product usage, identifying opportunities to enhance value and drive further adoption of our solutions.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and best practices to maximize the benefits of SymphonyAI Retail products.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential challenges or risks in client accounts, ensuring proactive resolution and customer success.

What You'll Bring

  1. Experience in Customer Success: Proven experience in managing customer relationships and ensuring their success, ideally within the retail or technology sectors.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and another European language preferred, facilitating effective interaction with diverse clients and teams.
  3. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges and propose strategic solutions.
  4. Client Focus: A strong customer-centric approach with the ability to build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Proactive Attitude: A self-motivated and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive customer success.
