Job summary

Nu-heat is seeking a Customer Advisor to coordinate field visits, service bookings and warranty claims, acting as the main contact for customers and ensuring compliance documentation is in place. You will liaise with field engineers and internal teams to resolve issues and guide customers through the process.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and a good understanding of HVAC and post-installation requirements to maintain high customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing or field support roles coordinating customer journeys, field visits and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, scope and coordinate field engineer visits and service bookings.
• Ensure documentation for MCS and Building Regulations is in place for certification and funding.
• Manage warranty claims end-to-end per policy, collect evidence and progress actions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to progress remedial actions and resolve complex cases.
• Act as the central contact for customers, guiding them to resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes.
