About The Role

A Customer Success Executive at LexisNexis is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure they maximize the value of LexisNexis products and services. This role involves onboarding new clients, providing training and support, and acting as a trusted advisor to address their needs and challenges. They focus on driving product adoption, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or renewal. Additionally, they monitor account health through usage data and feedback, collaborating closely with sales, support, and product teams to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience. Ultimately, the Customer Success Executive plays a key role in fostering long-term client loyalty, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities
