Customer Success Executive – Hybrid

As part of their continued expansion, they’re now on the hunt for a dynamic Customer Success Executive to help shape the future of their client relationships. In this high-impact role, you’ll be at the heart of customer engagement—driving satisfaction, ensuring retention, and acting as a passionate champion for the brand.

This is a hybrid role with three days per week in their Exeter office.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with implementation team to support client onboarding & drive product adoption
  • Build strong relationships with internal client stakeholders
  • Develop tailored plans for success, aligning with customer goals & commercial objectives
  • Identify opportunities for upsell & cross-sell; collaborate with Account Management team to close commercial opportunities across the accounts
  • Act as a first-line point of contact for any escalations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing & Product Development) to ensure customer needs are met
  • Collate customer feedback & share across team to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain full product knowledge, supporting customers in gaining the most from the platform as possible

The Successful Candidate

  • 12+ months experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
  • Experience in the software space would be a plus
  • Candidates with wider customer-facing experience would also be considered
  • Commutable to Exeter 3x days per week

Customer Success Executive Package

  • Basic salary: up to £30,000
  • OTE: +£5,000
