Job Description
At Hirevue, we're looking for a Customer Success Director (CSD) to join us on a fixed-term contract of approximately 14 months based in the UK. What You’ll Be Doing
As a CSD, you'll be the go-to strategic partner for our enterprise customers — leading high-value conversations, accelerating ROI, boosting product adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities. You’ll anticipate customer needs, inspire confidence, and help drive measurable success.
This is a dynamic, varied role where you’ll shift between strategic advising, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive customer engagement. You’ll wear many hats — strategist, relationship builder, planner — and love every minute.
