Job summary

Aura, part of the Sun Chemical group, is seeking a Customer Success Associate to support the Customer Success team and help clients get the most value from the e-halo platform. You will work with Customer Success Managers and the Account Director to monitor supplier progress, prepare reports, and ensure actions are clearly tracked.

This role is ideal for someone organised, analytical and customer-focused, with an interest in developing in customer success, client support or sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, customer support, supplier support, reporting or coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail.
• Confidence working with data, dashboards and trackers to monitor progress and identify issues.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach to following up actions and keeping colleagues informed.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in information checking.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Comfort attending meetings, taking notes and following up on actions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier progress across Aura's dashboards, identifying milestones, actions, risks and exceptions.
• Provide updates to Customer Success Managers and the Account Director to support priorities and supplier performance.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports on supplier progress, actions, blockers and next steps.
• Support the Customer Success team with meeting prep, trackers and follow-up activities.
• Respond to supplier emails using agreed guidance and escalation processes.
• Attend meetings and capture updates and actions for follow-up.
• Share supplier queries with the right teams and escalate when required.
• Collaborate with Aura teams to keep supplier activity organised and progressing.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation in line with Aura processes.
