The Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our Customer Operations team in London. The role involves managing customer support queries, onboarding clients onto our products, analyzing trade data to meet system requirements, and delivering training on our tools using product expertise.

This technical, customer-facing position involves daily interaction with major financial institutions and is suited for individuals interested in financial markets and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in onboarding and supporting our software platforms, ensuring a smooth customer transition.
  2. Review and interpret large volumes of trade data using your understanding of financial instruments and analytics skills.
  3. Collaborate with product teams to improve products based on customer feedback.
  4. Participate in complex data analysis projects for leading financial institutions.
  5. Provide technical expertise to customers on using our systems for trade surveillance.
  6. Learn and utilize our proprietary scripting language to troubleshoot and ensure system reliability.

Requirements:

  • Proven industry experience in a financial setting.
  • Skills in programming/scripting languages such as SQL, Python, or C#.
  • Understanding of asset classes like fixed income, FX, or commodities.
