Hey LinkedIn! I’m looking for a brilliant Customer Success Executive to join a fast-growing SaaS company shaking up the flexible workspace industry.

This is the perfect next step for someone with exposure to performance or brand marketing agency, who’s curious, ambitious, and eager to grow quickly!

My client is building the global sales and marketing engine for flexible workspace – scaling rapidly.

With some of the biggest names in the space already on the platform, they are now doubling down on support. That’s where you come in.

This role is central to the business. You’ll support major clients, onboarding, performance insights, and optimization – while learning along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partnering with Customer Success Managers to deliver value and results
  • Supporting client onboarding and creating a standout first experience
  • Creating and delivering performance reports with real insights
  • Acting as the voice of the customer to improve our product
  • Optimizing brand presence on our platform

Who You Are:

  • 6–12 months' experience in marketing, performance media, or brand agency
  • Curious, organized, detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with marketing tools, data, or reporting (or eager to learn!)
  • Hungry to grow, receptive to feedback, and capable of managing multiple tasks
