What you will do

Customer Solutions Technicians are field-based and are required to carry out the installation of security products at the premises of our residential customers for our fire & Security brand ADT. These systems include intruder alarm, video doorbell, and CCTV systems. Training and certification will be provided as part of ADT’s Customer Solutions Technician development program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the Security industry. All technicians undergo full paid training. Additionally, you will receive a company van, uniform, tools, a basic salary, and a competitive incentive scheme.

How you will do it

• Install and commission systems, building on your knowledge of Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Doorbell, and Access Control Systems.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, problem-solve, build customer relationships, and identify sales opportunities for personal rewards.
• Be reliable, trustworthy, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Promote JCI as a market leader, maintaining a positive brand image through professional behavior in line with Johnson Controls values.
• Keep accurate records, including mileage, expenses, and timesheets.
• Undertake additional duties as requested by your line manager.

Preferred

• Electrical experience or qualifications.
• Previous residential installation or servicing experience.
