Job summary

Reltio is seeking a Customer Architect to foster strong customer relationships and maximize value from our Context Intelligence Platform. You will focus on Strategic Technical Alignment, Operational Excellence, and expedited issue resolution while advocating for customers and driving product enhancements.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver workshops, support enterprise customers, and guide complex integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical support capacity.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS in a customer-facing role.
• 3+ years of experience with Public Clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• 3+ years of experience with REST APIs and integration tools.
• 3+ years of experience with on‑premise or cloud MDM solutions.
• Experience in observability and monitoring tools (LogDNA, CloudWatch).
• Experience interfacing with Product Management and engineering teams to resolve product issues and gather requirements.
• Excellent reporting/analytical skills; ability to develop dashboards and share insights with customers/partners.
• Experience supporting enterprise data management, analytics, and big data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert on Reltio platform capabilities for customers.
• Present architectural designs and integration approaches to align with business needs.
• Deliver workshops and advisory services to promote optimal product usage.
• Collaborate with customer engineers and cross-functional teams on issues and enhancements.
• Manage customer ticket portfolios and coordinate resolutions to exceed expectations.
• Own escalation paths and be the single point of contact for engineering issues.
• Provide proactive guidance by staying ahead of industry trends.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for long-term satisfaction.
• Participate in executive business reviews and CSAT/NPS surveys.
