The Role

With a passion for customer solutions and a naturally curious nature, the Customer Solutions Advisor will work closely with their team to support clients and ensure excellent service. This branch-based role supports both sales and lettings through:

  • Greeting new and existing customers entering the branch.
  • Upselling/cross-selling our products (e.g., insurance, mortgage).
  • Managing office operations and providing administrative support to sales and lettings teams.
  • Maintaining office schedules and coordinating appointments.
  • Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Qualifying inbound client leads and understanding their requirements.
  • Updating all incoming leads in the CRM database.
  • Carrying out outbound calls from the branch database to generate leads.
  • Managing office inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Coordinating with external vendors and contractors.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
