Job summary

Careers On The Thames is seeking a customer-focused team member to support the passenger experience at our piers in Greater London. You will help passengers purchase the correct ticket type and contribute to a welcoming, efficient environment.

Role requires strong front-line customer service skills, the ability to manage queues, protect revenue, and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues to ensure punctual, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer facing role ideally from hospitality, retail or tourism background
• A genuine desire and ability to work with the public in a front line, customer facing role
• Ability to build rapport with customers and be approachable, knowledgeable and helpful
