We are currently recruiting for 3 Customer Service Advisors to join our established and experienced Underwriting team here at RSA on a hybrid basis. These roles are initially being offered on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Your Role

Your role involves guiding underwriting service solutions for all Commercial Lines products across renewal, new business and mid term adjustment customer journeys. You will be responsible for delivering high standards of pre and post fulfilment activity, delivering efficient and effective solutions to ensure underwriters have all the information available to focus on risk selection and good underwriting choices.

Working across multiple products and customer bases, you will have the opportunity to work on fast track processes for SME customers through to bespoke solutions for high value customers. You will manage underwriters and brokers expectations, making it easy for our customers to do business with us. You will enjoy working at a fast pace, in a performance environment interacting with underwriters and brokers via telephone, or email.

Our underwriters rely on you to be there when they need you to ensure theCommercial Lines P&L provides brilliant service to its customers every time.

About You

To be successful in this role we are ideally looking for previous customer service experience but would also be open to anyone leaving school or college and with an interest in developing a career with a major insurance provider who have been offering insurance solutions to customers for over 360 years.

Any interest in agricultural business would be highly beneficial but this is not essential to your role. It is more about having excellent customer service skills and being able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
