Locations: Principality Branch, Morriston; Ebbw Vale; Tonypandy
Hours: Morriston: 22.5 hrs - 3 days, 9am-5pm, every other Saturday 9am-12pm; Tonypandy: 3.5 hrs

As a Customer Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, whether face-to-face, by phone, or online. You’ll identify their financial needs and direct them to the appropriate colleagues when necessary. We focus on developing your skills to provide an outstanding customer experience, ensuring customers feel welcomed and supported.
