Your knack with customers and boundless enthusiasm for cars and bikes is what will lead you to success in this role. Ideally, you’ll already have some experience of fitting car parts and cycle repair, even as a hobby. We provide training to develop your skills, enabling you to deliver market-leading service standards.

You’ll work on customers’ vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store, helping us impress every customer. This role involves a range of fitting services, including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and cycle servicing. We will help you enhance your practical problem-solving skills and your ability to work efficiently. Retail experience is preferred, but if you can demonstrate experience in a customer-focused sales environment, we can support your development.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service, preferably in retail
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Availability to work on a rota, including weekends

Ideally, you will also have:

• Some knowledge of car parts fitting and cycle repair
• Experience working towards and achieving sales targets
