JOB TITLE: Customer Service Technician/Multi Trader

LOCATION: Tiverton and surrounding areas, Devon

SALARY: Circa £34,000, depending on experience

The Employer: We are seeking to fill the role of Customer Service Technician within a housing environment. RGB is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious West Country-based client, a successful company known for providing bespoke homes and neighborhoods while considering environmental and countryside surroundings. Role Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance and repairs to new build properties
2. Assessing and carrying out works needed for tenants
3. Handling customer service issues
4. Using a laptop to record repairs and organize workload

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role or trade background, preferably with carpentry, decoration, and general maintenance skills
• Understanding of customer needs and ability to think quickly
• Courteous and professional manner
• Ability to prioritize conflicting demands
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records of information
• Experience in new build housing is advantageous
• Clean driving license

Summary: This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. The position includes a company van, pension, and 25 days annual leave. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
