JOB TITLE: Customer Service Technician/Multi Trader

LOCATION: Tiverton and surrounding, Devon

SALARY: Circa £34000, depending on experience

RGB are excitedly recruiting on behalf of an extremely prestigious West Country based client, a successful company who pride themselves on providing bespoke homes and neighbourhoods in local areas, always considering environment and countryside surroundings.

Role: Technicians typically work on new properties to assist new customers with minor snagging, complaints, or urgent issues.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance and repairs to new build properties
2. Assess and carry out works needed for tenants
3. Handle customer service issues
4. Use a laptop to record repairs and organize workload

Candidate Requirements:

1. Experience in a similar role or trade background, preferably with carpentry, decoration, and general maintenance
2. Understanding of customer needs and quick thinking
3. Courteous and professional manner
4. Ability to prioritize conflicting demands
5. Great communication skills
6. Ability to maintain accurate records
7. Experience with new build housing is an advantage
8. Clean driving license

Summary:

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. The position includes a company van, pension, and 25 days of annual leave. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
