Job summary

Buzzworks Holdings is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to deliver friendly, professional support across phone, email and social channels, ensuring every guest feels valued and heard. You will handle day-to-day guest enquiries and requests, investigate and resolve issues such as vouchers, and keep accurate records to help create positive experiences that reflect the Buzzworks brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally within hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organised with administrative and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service across all channels (phone, email, social media)

The Works

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will deliver excellent customer service across all communication channels, from phone calls and emails. You will provide friendly, professional support, resolve issues efficiently, and help create positive experiences that reflect the Buzzworks brand.

In this role, you will:

• Have some customer service experience, ideally within hospitality
• A confident communicator – both written and verbal

• Creative and intuitive with a positive, can-do attitude
• A team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment
