Join our client as a Customer Service Team Member

Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland (Hybrid)

Contract Type: Full-Time / Temporary (6 months, possibility to be extended)

Salary: £ per hour

Your new role

As a Customer Service Team Member, you’ll be the first point of contact for our client's customers—whether they’re visiting a branch, calling in, or reaching out online. You’ll play a key role in helping them manage their finances, resolve queries, and feel confident about their banking choices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to all customers
  2. Handle a wide range of customer queries and transactions
  3. Promote our digital services and support customers in using them
  4. Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking specialists
  5. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and security procedures
