Booker in Cambridge is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a busy frontline team at our Food Wholesaling centre. You will ensure service standards, supervise cash handling, and maintain payroll records while supporting delivery coordination.
You will engage with customers to resolve issues, train staff, and uphold company procedures in a fast-moving environment. This role offers progression within Booker’s network and a chance to contribute to a customer-focused business.
This role will place you at the forefront of our Business Centre in a fast-moving environment. You will have direct exposure to our vibrant customer base and will influence the service we provide. You will manage a team and may assume the role of Duty Manager at points throughout the week.
