Job summary

One Stop Stores Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain the store’s appearance to ensure a great shopping experience for every customer.

You will engage with customers, support store operations, and assist with shifts, while following safety and company policies to deliver reliable service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain store appearance while delivering quick service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Stock shelves and ensure pricing and signage are clear.
• Process payments accurately at the till and help customers with transactions.
• Keep the store clean, tidy and well presented to reflect brand standards.
• Assist with inventories and replenishment as required.
• Support shift leaders and managers in day-to-day operations.
