Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for our busy store. You will deliver outstanding customer service, restock shelves, process payments and help maintain an inviting shop floor.

You’ll also engage with customers to gather feedback and support store-friendly initiatives, while upholding safety and store standards. This role offers varied daily tasks in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities to contribute to local community events and charity

• Experience in delivering friendly, helpful customer service in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work across store areas including tills, online orders, and stock routines.

• Assist across all store areas including online, tills, replenishment and stock routines.
• Follow training to work safely and maintain a tidy, welcoming store.
