One Stop in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team, working in a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same. You will play an important role in day-to-day store operations by delivering excellent service, stocking shelves, and processing payments.

With guidance, your store will remain welcoming, safe, and well-presented. You will engage customers, support training, and contribute to community events while upholding company policies.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Stock shelves and process payments at tills.
• Help maintain store appearance and safety procedures.
• Engage customers for feedback via surveys.
• Work across all store areas including online order fulfillment.
• Follow Think 25 policy for age-restricted products.
• Assist in running shifts in absence of supervisors.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events.
