Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide tailored support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
