Responsibilities
- Support the offshore team with more complex queries from customers; investigate cases received in the contact centre to ensure service level agreements are met and the highest standard of service is provided.
- Manage Trustpilot reviews, look for ways to improve the customer experience, and analyse data to provide recommendations to senior management.
- Correspond with customers over the phone and email, assisting with a range of queries and resolving issues and problems.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience and familiarity with working within an offshore department is desirable.
- An excellent problem solver with excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about delivering the best customer experience and looking at ways to improve the customer journey.
- A keen eye for detail and good organisation skills.
- Excellent team player.
