Hours: 35 Hours Per Week (9.30pm - 7.30am, 4-on-4-off)
Salary: £26,600 Total Salary + Overtime
This role involves working on the helpdesk for a major UK supermarket client. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, logging customer faults and enquiries, and managing response times following call scripts to ensure quality standards.
Experience in customer service is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism, and team pride.
