Customer Service Representative - Nightshift

Location: Glasgow Head Office
Contract Type: Nightshift, Permanent
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week (9.30pm - 7.30am, 4-on-4-off)
Salary: £26,600 Total Salary + Overtime

Role Overview

This role involves working on the helpdesk for a major UK supermarket client. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, logging customer faults and enquiries, and managing response times following call scripts to ensure quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather relevant data efficiently during calls.
  • Accurately input data and complete relevant fields.
  • Liaise with Engineers to prioritize calls.
  • Manage after-call activities to maintain service levels.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications & Experience

Experience in customer service is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism, and team pride.
