A leading financial institution is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service and support to customers. This full-time role involves educating clients on digital banking platforms and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. What you'll do
The role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide our customers with outstanding service by taking ownership of their transactional or service requests and answering specific product queries. Our representatives also educate customers about HSBC self-service devices and promote HSBC’s digital banking platforms, offering customers flexible banking options.
We seek individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, ambitious, helpful, and able to hold engaging conversations. Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential; we value genuine passion and the ability to go above and beyond for customers.

When & Where you'll work
This is a full-time role of 35 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 09:00-13:30 (not all branches open on Saturdays). Please note, if you are on a student visa that restricts working hours, your application may not be eligible. Support to other branches within a reasonable distance may be required, with expenses reimbursed according to HSBC policy.
Your Training
Full in-branch training will be provided over 8 days across 2 weeks to familiarize you with your role, systems, and HSBC products. Attendance at the entire training course is mandatory, and holidays during this period are not permitted.
