Job Description

Objective: To provide exceptional service to our customers through the knowledge of our products, operations, partnerships, and customer service delivery. To maximize company revenue through the appropriate selling of our products and those of our partners.

Overview of Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Actively approach, distribute brochures to passers-by, and sell tickets to all interested parties.
  2. Accept and exchange all vouchers and pre-paid tickets for a valid tour ticket.
  3. Upsell Partner Attractions and other third-party products.
  4. Achieve or exceed the daily sales target.
  5. Provide accurate information regarding the products we offer and stay updated with any changes.
  6. Keep informed about road closures, diversions, and events that may impact the service and communicate this to customers.
  7. Minimize revenue losses through careful processing of all monetary transactions.
  8. Maintain and record all sales via various channels.
  9. Carry out revenue protection duties when required.
  10. Report incidents, breakdowns, and vehicle defects to the Operations Managers promptly.
  11. Promote the core values of the BBT brand.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and local selling regulations.
  13. Ensure company assets and property are kept safe and well maintained.
  14. Complete a detailed daily report at the end of each shift.
  15. Perform ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
  • Sightseeing/Tourism experience is advantageous.
  • Sales and face-to-face customer service experience.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills, capable of exceeding customer expectations and identifying individual needs to ensure they receive value for money.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team towards shared goals.
  • Fluent communication in English.
  • Proactive and competent working independently without close supervision.
  • Target-driven, working towards or exceeding daily sales targets.
  • A good sense of humor — because this role is fun!
