Job Description

KILONEWTONS is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our London team. This role is perfect for a customer-focused professional with 3+ years of experience in handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer issues

Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently

Maintain detailed customer records in our CRM system

Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams

Gather customer feedback to improve service quality

Upsell/cross-sell products/services where appropriate

Meet KPIs for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of customer service experience (retail, e-commerce, or B2B preferred)

Excellent English communication (verbal and written)

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

Positive attitude and empathy for customer needs

Additional European languages are a plus
