We are hiring Customer Service Representatives!

Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support clients through the remortgage process, assisting with various queries to ensure service level agreements are met and the highest standards of client care are maintained.

Your responsibilities will include chasing documentation, corresponding with banks and third parties, and performing administrative tasks such as processing documents and data entry. You will work in a high-volume environment with deadlines to ensure caseloads are managed efficiently.

Profile

Previous customer service experience, from backgrounds such as retail or hospitality.

Exceptional communication skills, confident over the phone.

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent team player.
