About the role

All employees are responsible for complying with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and minimizing environmental impact while performing their duties.

  • Handle general customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Manage product orders from entry to invoicing in the ERP system
  • Support collection of accounts receivable
  • Ensure order accuracy, support EDI processes, report backorders, and communicate order status to customers and sales
  • Maintain customer master data in ERP and CRM systems
  • Escalate and resolve customer issues
  • Provide administrative support to Sales & Project Management
  • Assist with PPQ requests, electronic filing, and data provision for net promoter score
  • Check quotes, create returns and credits
