Your new company

A fun, thriving, and growing travel company in Central Chester is looking for 4 customer service agents over the summer months to help with a rise in workload! The company values culture and skill development, and is an award-winning employer. They are seeking someone passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Your new role

As part of the customer service team, you will handle inbound customer calls, speak with guests, and resolve any issues they encounter. You will have access to a knowledge base and a structured training schedule in your first week to ensure your success. The role is office-based in Central Chester, from 1st July to 24th August.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills. If you are currently working in retail and seeking to transition into an office-based role, this position offers a great opportunity to develop your skills. Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in a fun, inclusive environment are essential. Experience in a similar role is not required, but strong written and verbal English skills are necessary. You must be available for the entire contract duration, from 3rd July to 15th September, with limited flexibility for holidays (1-2 days possible, but not a week or more).
