Job Description:
- Customer Service Responsibilities: Handle advisory and commercial customer requests, both reactively and proactively, following relevant guidelines. Ensure accurate customer administration to contribute to satisfaction and achieve commercial targets. Activities include accepting and processing orders, answering inquiries, resolving problems and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and relationship continuity.
- Department Context: The role is within the Customer Service department of an OpCo, primarily managing orders and coordinating with customers about products, delivery, and complaints. The customer base ranges from independent clients and distributors to individual farmers and key accounts. The role's complexity depends on the product portfolio and geographical scope.
- Leadership and Supervision: Levels IV and V may include team leader or supervisory responsibilities, planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities within the team.
- Key Activities:
- Sales Support: Contact customers, inform about products, support effective communication.
- Order Processing: Handle incoming orders, monitor, update systems, and ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer records, handle requests and complaints, update systems, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Customer Satisfaction: Log and resolve problems, provide support, escalate complex issues, and monitor progress.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and contribute to process improvements.
- Communication & Coordination: Communicate with clients, inform about solutions, and prepare reports. May also involve planning and supervising team activities.
- Qualifications & Experience: Vocational education with 2–4 years’ experience.
- Role Complexity: Handles mostly straightforward customer requests and complaints, with semi-routine activities.
- Autonomy: Executes tasks based on instructions and routines, prioritizing incoming requests independently.
