Job Description

Work in our contact centre, assisting customers with queries and providing resolutions while delivering excellent service. We seek someone passionate about customer service, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Experience in customer service is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is helpful but not essential, as a comprehensive 4-week induction will be provided.
