Job summary

Graphic Brands, part of the Reflex Group, is seeking a proactive Customer Service and Business Support professional to join our Ketton site. You will support customers, assist production planning, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the print and packaging sector.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to busy periods.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication for customer interactions.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced role.
• Problem-solving with a solution-focused approach.
• Collaborative team player with ownership of responsibilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to learn ERP systems.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.
• Driving licence preferred due to rural location.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and process orders.
• Prioritise and manage orders from inquiry to completion.
• Support Production Managers with planning and scheduling.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Maintain daily data entry and weekly stock sheets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet targets and satisfy requirements.
• Assist with general office tasks including invoicing or purchase orders.
• Occasional personal assistant duties including errands, travel arrangements and event coordination.
