We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Customer Service Advisor in London.

The standard hours of work are 36.25 Per Week. Staff are required to work on a rota basis between 07:30 and 18:00 Monday-Friday

Join our vibrant, inclusive community in Complex Facilities working on the MOD Defence Contract.

What you will do:

  • Reception service, welcoming visitors to the building and providing advice and information regarding the range and levels of facilities within the building
  • Answering calls from building users, categorise the calls in accordance to the priority and contract and to forward to the appropriate service provider
  • Management of issue/collection of meeting room keys and monitoring meeting room use
  • Taking calls to book meeting rooms, functions, conferences and exhibitions. Ensuring that all spaces are efficiently and effectively used to meet the customer's requirements and achieve their objectives
What you will bring:
  • Experience in Customer Services and/or reception, concierge within a high-profile environment
  • Ability to handle difficult situations
  • Remain calm under pressure
  • Flexible attitude to a changing environment

The successful Candidate needs to obtain Security Clearance. To obtain clearance you're required to be a UK permanent resident for the last 5 years.
