Page Group is working with a leading manufacturing business providing products to a national B2B customer base. As the business continues to improve efficiency, they are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their offices in Brighouse.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service Department of 4 FTE to deliver world-class service to B2B customers.
• Manage post-sale processes including complaints, repairs, installations, and parts.
• Build strong relationships with key national B2B customers through regular and transparent communication.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures, ensuring they are robust and fit for purpose.
• Provide reports and insights to the board level.
• Collaborate with logistics, production, sales, and finance to manage the customer journey.
• Feedback quality issues to production to reduce recurrence.
• Conduct root cause analysis on customer complaints to minimize recurring issues.
• Implement, manage, and monitor KPI performance across the team.
