London Residential Development

An opportunity to join a London Property Developer as a Customer Service Manager, supporting and leading a key residential apartment development in London. You will be the lead on the Customer Service Experience from exchange through the warranty period, overseeing the close-out phases of the development ahead of practical completion, ensuring construction teams deliver high quality and a first-class customer service journey. You will develop and maintain relationships with construction partners and suppliers to ensure best practices and high standards are met with a proactive approach.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Customer Service Manager with demonstrated knowledge in customer service and experience leading a team that provides customers with a delightful, frictionless experience.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and provide a customer service experience on key developments in London, utilizing best practices within residential development and real estate.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers throughout the customer journey from exchange to completion and during the 2-year warranty period.
  • Provide clear communication to customers regarding construction updates.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure defects are addressed cost-effectively and professionally.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of customer service experience within Residential Real Estate in London
  • Experience in a Customer Service Management role for a Property Developer or House Builder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
