• Managing all aspects of the customer service administration function and supervising a small team

• Ensuring the speedy resolution of customer sales administration issues
• Ensuring the team efficiently handles and processes customer orders from initiation to completion
• Overseeing the handling of major client account orders and delivery schedules
• Handling requests for quotations and technical information via telephone and email
