London Residential Development

An opportunity to join a London Property Developer as a Customer Service Manager, supporting and leading a key residential apartment development in London. You will be the lead on the Customer Service Experience from exchange through the warranty period, overseeing the close-out phases of the development before Practical Completion (PC). Your role will involve ensuring construction teams deliver high quality and a first-class experience throughout the customer journey. You should be effective in developing and maintaining relationships with construction partners and suppliers to ensure best practices and high standards are maintained with a proactive approach.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Customer Service Manager with demonstrated knowledge in customer service and experience in developing a team that provides customers with a delightful, frictionless experience.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize best practices and knowledge within residential development and real estate to implement and provide a superior customer service experience on key developments in London.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers throughout the customer journey, from exchange to completion and during the 2-year warranty period.
  • Provide clear communication to customers regarding construction updates.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure reported defects are addressed efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of customer service experience within Residential Real Estate in London.
  • Experience in a Customer Service Management role for a Property Developer or House Builder.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
