London Residential Development

An opportunity to join a London Property Developer as a Customer Service Manager, supporting and leading on a key residential apartment development in London. You will be the lead on the Customer Service Experience from exchange through to the warranty period, overseeing the close-out phases of the development ahead of Practical Completion (PC). Your role will involve ensuring construction teams deliver high quality and a first-class customer service experience throughout the customer journey. You should be skilled in developing and maintaining relationships with construction partners and suppliers to ensure best practices and high standards are met with a proactive approach.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Customer Service Manager, with demonstrated knowledge in customer service and experience in leading a team that provides customers with a seamless and delightful experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and provide a customer service experience on key residential developments in London, utilizing best practices within residential development and real estate.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers throughout the customer journey, from exchange to completion and during the 2-year warranty period.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding construction updates.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure reported defects are addressed efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of customer service experience within residential real estate in London.
  • Experience in a Customer Service Management role for a property developer or house builder.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
