Job description

My client based on the outskirts of Huntingdon are currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead and join their team on a full-time permanent basis. We need a passionate leader who is committed to delivering exceptional service, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.

Must have experience in order to be consider.

Own transport required due to location.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:30

Salary: GBP30-35,000

The Role:

Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing customer service team.

Set clear performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback.

Monitor and evaluate customer service interactions across phone and email

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve complex issues.

Analyse data to track key metrics (e.g., response time & resolution rate).

Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices.

Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, IT) to streamline customer service workflows.

Oversee the implementation and optimisation of customer service tools and systems

Stay updated with the latest customer service technologies and recommend improvements.

Solicit and analyse customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.

Lead initiatives to improve processes, reduce errors, and elevate the customer experience.
