Overview
They are seeking exceptional individuals to join their high-performing contact centre, providing expert support to members of the medical and dental professions.
Their members range from medical students just beginning their careers to senior consultants. They expect an efficient, accurate, and professional service that is also warm and empathetic.
Requirements include excellent verbal and written communication skills, including accurate grammar and spelling, the ability to absorb, retain, and apply complex information, high emotional intelligence, empathy, tact, professionalism, exceptional listening skills, high attention to detail, problem-solving skills, resilience, self-motivation, teamwork, openness to feedback, and a genuine interest in supporting UK medical and dental professions.
